MS outlook query

ok then, how does one have a workstation pc add to anothers outlook calander within the same network under exchange(newest version)??

never mind, i found the permissions on the 2002 and the crap they...hide that

missing rouge emails and 1 missing journal did not seem to make it through migration..

i have multible back ups of .pst files for workstations some of the older emails did not populate the personal folders causing gaps in dates, i have access to older pst files that contain much  of the missing data can i import these into outlook and not duplicate, and have some of the missing gaps filled in or will it end up corrupting outlook??
