Dedicated Game server for SK

I am thinking of getting a very good dedicated server for SK.  It will allow us to run mutiple games/vent/site all from one server.  This would mean we can run a CS-Source, RvS, and any other game server all at once with no lag.  We would have total control of our box.  Sounds nice huh?   I think this would definitely help SK in growth and organization.  This would also require a large monthly commitment on my part.  I would like to know who you be willing to make a monthly donation($20) in order to get one of these.  Please post only if you are serious in helping SK grow!

just to let members and community members in on some info about what we are currently looking into.

Defcon servers

with the ablity to run several rvs and cs servers is going to run $179 a month.  Im sure Crow is going to hold a members only meeting to discuss this information so please look for anouncements about this.

I would like to hear from our CSD members.  I have heard that they would like a CS-Source server.  Is the interest still there?  If the interest is not there for them, then there would be a need for some changes.  So I hope that those that do care and want CSD to grow speak up very soon.

yea sounds good. being a student im not sure if a monthly 20 bucks will be do-able, but its a small price to pay.  i just figure i pay like 80 bucks every couple of months or something... keep me posted.

yeah a Source server sounds great! but, at this time i will not be able to help out with funding. being that all of my paycheck is going to my mom for my new car.

I am definitely interested in an sK server, it's very nice to have a steady place to play. I miss the days of hopping on our old sK CS server and seeing 6-7 guys on every evening. Hopefully we can run 4 easy/medium bots to keep it loaded (they're built into CS:Source now).

I cannot chip in monthly, but $20 up front and down the road is feasable for me.

In case people haven't seen me on at all, I play CS usually during the morning (wake-up routine) before I head to work or class. I check in on Vent whenever I get to, but like instant messenger, I'm on infrequently.
