since im a doc too yaba, i concur.  prolly quite a bit off facial damage, and an easy neck injury too... damn feel bad for the guy, hope he didnt fracture any vertabre, and an anurism is likely too... im just pullin stuff outa my butt... the worst ive seen is a broken humerus, or a dislocated shoulder, or broken tib-fib, or just having to send someone to the hospital with a neck/concusion problem, but that guy was drunk so that may have contributed to his severe loss of mindset...
