i dll directx 9c and installed, upon reboot i get  error ntldr is missing press control alt delete..

i have tried xp repair and copy f:\i386\ntldr C:   it said it did it
also did bootfix command...

nothin...sooooo... i am on the apple g5 typin this but i believe my hdd is wrecked that hold alot includung cs and ventrillo...

i have  in my possesion an amd 2700 board and a 1.4 athlon..ima try one of those as well...seeing tha the apple is mainly my roommates i dont wanna load cs on it ..and considering on may 14th i am getting a dell power edge 1300 server that cookie so graciously is going to help me make a game rig outa it, i am inclined to believe i am about a week and a couple o days out from playing cs, seeing that i dont want to load steam that many times.

if any one knows of any tricks of the trade to get the missing file to load in boot sector lemme know!

thanks balaso...but it seems my lil disected virus/trojan pack/bundle escaped, and has apparently rewritten my i386 files pushing the boot files to the second string...

as i was copying file 2 outa 3 went and then poop...access denied..

(i have actually taken this thing of 27  conputers this week, funny how spyware doctor is the only on on top!..

microsoft.com is a redirect...3 diffent mesenger are compromised and taken over..
remote access with passwords show up..nortons is compromised..so a re many of the auto updaters, and it is set up to run in stealth mode hand of course hidin files..

oh ya it writes to through you acpi bios, and resets internet setting to what it wants.

woot...i am victorious!!!

i took all the hdds out and put in a new one.load xp pro. then daisied the hurtin one in...had all sorts of scanners take after it...the i copied the corrupted files over..then i reset it to master ta=ook out the new one and presto...running cleaning and more scans as i type on this really cool apple g5 that talks to me like a good woman..(if it calls itself hal one of us is out the window)!

The file C:\WINDOWS\system32\wmediautil.exe belongs to the worm W32/Gaobot.ERK.worm, due to the nature of the file, it can only be deleted.

The files c:\windows\system32\msmsgs.exe, c:\windows\system32\msmsgs.exe belong to the spyware

this is a list of cores...also pissy lil things are released...have lof file some where, ill find that and post the lil buggers...end run youll get a c:\program\!submit file that has 6 installers to finish you off...

been taken this out of alot of machines but mainly due to aol somewhere...
