hey its your game, your just trying to throw inlast minute rules after i shot you dead to rights....

and it wasnt westerns, in fact 10 paced duels lost fad as the americas were being devloped. pres adams actually loved to duel and was pretty much one of the last..these were done with flintlocks.

in westerns it was meeting out in the street  by the clock or the movement,,  you were absolved by law if they drew first....these were done with revolvers.
